Qualification Guidelines
• Bachelors Degree from an accredited university
• Certified Consultant or Lead Auditor (Exemplar Global, ASQ, etc.)
• At least 15 years of management system experience
• Operational knowledge of various industries: manufacturing, medical, oil & gas, laboratory, testing, aerospace, food & beverage and automotive
• Experience in designing management systems from the ground up
• Experience in the implementation and certification of management systems
• Experience in coaching and training others on management system principles and techniques

PREASSESSMENT AUDITS
A pre-assessment audit is performed with the same independence and objectivity as a certification audit. The auditor(s) will conduct activities such as documentation review, process review, interview of process owners, etc, in order to gather the necessary information that evidence compliance.
VERIFICATION AUDITS
Verification Audits are conducted by the ICG’s auditors as an independent third party that verifies that your organizations’ quality management system conforms to the ISO 9001 standard.
